Scrum Master

Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality;

Causing the removal of impediments to the Team’s progress;

Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox;

Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management;

Helping the Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items;

Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment;

Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed;

Advising Scrum implementations within the organisation;

Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work;

Jira issue tracking and progress management;

Sprint board/dashboard administration;

Reporting of a burndown chart, velocity, risk management, etc.;

Reporting on the progress of the project status;

Identifying areas with potential for improvement.

Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

2+ years of experience as Scrum Master;

Understanding of or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;

Proven experience in the delivery of projects in an Agile environment  - Scrum (it is a must), Kanban (optional);

Familiarity with Jira/Confluence;

Experience working with multiple and/or distributed teams (would be a plus);

Good problem solving and conflict-resolution skills;

The ability to adapt to a changing environment;

Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills;

Time management skills;

Good verbal and written English;

Scrum certification (would be a plus).

Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
