Effective as of March 23, 2020, Paysera has been connected and able to execute payments through TARGET2 via the Central Bank of Lithuania. TARGET2 is a payment system operated by the ECB that processes EUR payments outside of SEPA and is used by central banks and commercial banks for real-time payments in EUR. Benefits of joining TARGET2:

Receive/send EUR transfers outside SEPA;
Clients receive/send transfers in their own name;
No limits;
Transfer speed from 4-5 min to 50 min;
Transfers are only possible between TARGET2 participants
